Refund policy

**NO REFUNDS - EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 5 DAYS

Don't love your purchase from us? Not to worry, you have 5 days from your delivery date to exchange or return for a store credit.

Please mail back with tracking number within 5 days. 

RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, or without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.

2. Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned

***Non-returnable merchandise include: sale products, swimsuits, bodysuits and accessories.

3. ShopKhaleesiRose reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances, pet hair, stains, and smoke.

4. Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to ShopKhaleesiRose.

5. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. ShopKhaleesiRose diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.

7. All sale items are final sale. 

8. No exchanges on final sale items. 

9. No returns/exchanges on International orders. 

RETURNS RECEIVED 

We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Items sent for return that are NOT eligible for credit are subject to a restocking fee OF NO LESS THAN 30%
